Tobias Quelle is an experienced e-commerce expert with a proven track record in several leading positions in the retail and ecommerce industry. He is a passionate product leader with a strong background in building high performance product teams, executing a customer driven product strategy and delivering products customers love.

Tobias currently serves as the Head of Product Online-Shops & User Experience at Digitec Galaxus AG, which is the largest ecommerce player in Switzerland with an already started path towards internationalization.

Within Digitec Galaxus he leads areas such as online shop product development, online marketing and communication technologies, scaling product organizations and real focus on user experience. Skilled in e-commerce business development, talent acquisition, leadership and agile frameworks he is enabling consumer focused cross functional teams and loves applied machine learning use cases.

Being passionate about digital product organizations Tobias supports Etribes as an Expert Partner, Product Academy as a Mentor and Coach and provides additionally 1:1 coaching to executives, senior leaders and product managers on product leadership, vision, strategy and delivery.
