"You need to be the change that you want to see in the world." This quote by Mahatma Gandhi sums up what I strive for in my professional live: to guide and support people in a world where change is omnipresent - to make a difference by embracing change and opening up new prespectives.

During my professional live I have progressed from a focus on IT to a focus the business side to which I have added a coaching focus in recent years. The current role as product manager for an up and coming standard product gives me the chance to play to all thoses strengths in the subscription market. A market that keeps evolving and gaining speed and thereby epitomises change.
