What is your take on 2-week sprints?
The biggest problem with 2-week Sprints is that people believe you need to plan your full two weeks and there is no room for anything else.
If you plan your whole two weeks to build a Product Increment, then you're setting yourself up to be a Feature Factory. There's way more to building a product than building.
