How we efficiently and effectively combine cross-functional agile collaboration with regulatory issues and publications

There are more than enough buzzwords in the agile working world. Frameworks and methods as well. We do not rely on a fixed (albeit agile) framework, but have developed the best possible methodology for us. This enables a productive, adaptable and sustainable way of working across the team. We work in a mixture of Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up and certainly use many components of other frameworks.

In this talk we report from two different perspectives (software development and product development) how agile collaboration works interdisciplinary in our team. We had the chance to let this methodology grow along with the team. We show how we manage the balancing act between annual adjustments and short-term releases and how we present dry legal topics in a clear and simple way for the farmer.
