Space Camp: How AI coworking creates spaces for experimentation

Many companies talk about AI – but how do you make the leap from fascination to real, productive application in everyday life? In my talk, I will use the example of "Space Camp," a self-organized AI experimentation space with former continuing education participants, to show how practical, collaborative learning is opening up new avenues for implementing AI. Since December 2024, we have been meeting regularly to test use cases, try out tools, and work together to overcome hurdles in the integration of automation and generative AI.

I will share concrete examples from our sessions, lessons learned from the structured but flexible format, and show how you can start your own "AI camp" in your team or company without a large budget. Whether you are a PO or product lead, if you want to not only understand AI but also use it in a concrete way, you will find inspiration here on how collaborative learning and courageous experimentation can become game changers in your everyday work.
