A day just for Product Leaders!

We're going to try something new this year and offer a targeted discussion format just for Product Leads.

We will meet the day before the conference (June 5) in the Kiezloft at eparo with up to 25 Product Leads. The goal is an open exchange at eye level about typical Product Lead topics and learning from the experiences of your peers.
The opportunity to talk openly about challenges, questions and problems without time pressure and company politics does not come along very often. The ticket for the Leaders Corner costs 450,00 Euro** (plus VAT).

Here's how the Leaders Corner works

We have decided not to offer a fixed program of talks. We have in mind a kind of OpenSpace, where we collect topics at the beginning and then see which groups and focal points emerge. We will of course moderate the afternoon and make sure that all topics get enough time.

In addition to the product leads, we will invite 2-3 experts. This will give us an outside perspective and additional know-how for the discussions. We want to cover the topics of customer centricity, product strategy and teams/leadership. Exactly who will be joining us will be added as soon as we have final confirmations.

We will make sure that only product leads participate in the registration process. So you will have an intensive exchange on eye level with the other Product Leads.

Organizational details

The Leaders Corner will take place in the Kiezloft of eparo on Sankt Pauli (Simon-von-Utrecht-Str. 85a). A super nice location, perfectly equipped for creative exchange.

09:00 - 09:30: Arrival
09:30 - 10:30: Check-in and open exchange of ideas
10:30 - 11:00: Collection of topics
11:30 - 12:30: Group work
12:30 - 13:30: Lunch
13:30 - 14:30: Presentation of results
15:00 - 16:00: Group work
16:00 - 17:00: Presentation of the results
17:00 - 18:00: Closing session
18:00 - 21:00: Closing (with cold drinks and snacks)

Product Leads only :-)

You should attend if you

• work as a Product Lead (Head of Product, VP Product, CPO or comparable position).
• want to interact intensively with other Product Leads to share experiences, learn new things and develop yourself in your leadership role.

Please note: Please only buy a ticket for the Leaders Corner if you really work as a Product Lead. We want to create a true "Product Leads only" event and may have to cancel your ticket and refund your ticket price if you are not a Product Lead:-(
