Ronni has worked for many years as a manager in the service center environment. His stations took him from sales to customer service to receivables management. Most recently, he was responsible for the Collection Management department until he decided to break new ground at the end of 2018 and help develop the customer platform in Hanseatic Bank's agile Acceleration Hub.
