Niklas Sum is Head of Product & Design at nebenan.de, Germany's largest neighborhood platform with more than four million members. For over 15 years he has been shaping digital products – from his own consultancy DigitalWerft and innovation projects at Deutsche Bahn to the product and design organization he has built today. His focus is on turning complex systems into simple, user-centered products and on leading teams with clarity and empathy.
