After studying humanities at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg with a focus on people and communication, I worked for several years as a project manager for customized IT solutions. As a result, I am convinced that technical projects do not fail due to a lack of expertise, but rather due to a lack or failure of communication. By focusing on communication and transparency, agility helps projects succeed. And I have been supporting this for over seven years as the person responsible for human resources management at LINK Mobility in Germany (formerly whatever mobile), a technical service provider in the telecommunications sector.
