He currently works as Director Product Experience at New Work SE, whose products help German SMEs find and hire the right employees. Previously, he worked for well-known companies such as BMW, Mozilla, JetBrains, Arduino and his own agency envis precisely.

Thomas believes that too much time and money is wasted on ideas that don't work. For this reason, he is particularly passionate about helping teams build better products and leaders build the culture to support this. That's why he leaves his company from time to time to coach other organizations.
