Henriette Hein

Henriette Hein is Manager of the "Experience & Innovation" division at Sopra Steria Next.
As an expert in user experience and design thinking, she accompanies digitization projects for clients in various industries and supports project teams in the user-centered design of web applications, portals, and application lines - especially at the interface between design and development, as well as in bringing together complex requirements. Together with her team at Sopra Steria, she has taken the lead in developing the topics of user-centeredness and innovation management.
