I am driven by curiosity and the desire to build things that really work in everyday life. My career path has taken me from language and localisation technology, through voice design and conversational AI, to agent-based AI. Today, I am AI Product Lead at Cito: with a small team, I am developing CERA, an AI system for dispatchers in freight forwarding logistics, whilst also shaping the working methods through which Product, Sales and Customer Success collaborate on the project. Previously, at Parloa, as Lead AI Agent Architect, I established the agent architecture function and led it across EMEA and the US — from enterprise deployments in regulated industries to delivery playbooks and evaluation frameworks. I particularly enjoy bridging the gap between product, development and business, and turning unclear problems into understandable processes and tools.
