About 10 years ago I started to develop the software DELOS. What was then a side project in the evening and on weekends is now the basis for a team of about 20 people from various disciplines. As head of software development, I am responsible for the technical development and stability of the product and help to steer the development team as well as the next focal points of the software. I place great emphasis on agile techniques, pragmatic approaches and future-proof solutions.
