Jekaterina started her career as a psychologist, specializing in how to build usable and delightful products — and that curiosity about human behavior has never left her. Over the past 20 years, she has worked across user research, business development, and product management, always at the intersection of users and business, in startups, scale-ups, and corporates alike.

Today she is at Taxfix SE, responsible for Tax Filing Germany and working at the center of transforming how product teams work with AI. What drives her is a genuine curiosity about the potential of AI — not as pure technology, but as a force that is fundamentally psychological: changing how people think, decide, and create. Exploring that shift with a growth mindset is what she is most passionate about.
