Stefan Gertz is an agile coach and consultant with his own practice (Gertz Projektmanagement & Beratung), helping teams and organizations build resilience and work in a more sustainable, future-fit way. In recent years he has worked as a Scrum Master and agile coach for, among others, Vattenfall, Stadtwerke Karlsruhe and XING, and brings additional experience in ESG, sustainability and data protection. As a trained facilitator of the 3D-Welten method, he combines agility with a clear focus on people and the environment.
