Kathleen Theelke

I am currently working at Tchibo GmbH as Head of Product Manager, where I am responsible for three product development teams:

• Cart and Checkout
• AfterSales and Customer Communication
• Travel Shop

What particularly excites me about product management is the diversity and complexity that the job entails.
Tchibo in particular is a company that holds a special appeal for me, because Tchibo has an unusual sales model and the inspirational shopping model it embodies brings with it very special requirements in e-commerce.
