Franziska Knorr

Franziska's path to agility began - as so often - in classic project management. However, she quickly realized that IT projects are often not real projects at all and that the implementation of such supposed projects is much more complex. Today, she works as an agile coach in organizations and teams and accompanies people in change and transformation processes. To see and perceive other perspectives, to work closely with people, to think in a solution-oriented and not dogmatic way is something that drives and trains Franziska not only professionally but also privately, where she is passionate about playing Pen&Paper role-playing games.
Her processual view, interest in social phenomena and cooperation, help her to involve people and create a framework for emergent change. For Franziska, this is what makes agile organizations and product development successful.
