Stefan Roock (it-agile) wants to create a better working world; one in which customers are enthusiastic about products and services, employees love their working conditions, and companies are successful. He helps people and companies unleash their potential to achieve this ideal.

Since 1999, Stefan Roock has played a key role in promoting and developing new approaches to work and organization in Germany (agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.). He started out as a developer in agile teams, later working as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach and Product Owner. Since then, he has continuously developed his understanding of what is necessary for inspiring products and working conditions. Special products are not created by teams implementing "agile" requirements. Instead, teams must work together in direct contact with customers to design products and services.

Stefan Roock is a regular speaker at conferences, user groups, and companies. He has also published numerous books and articles.
