Johannes Mainusch

Since February 2016, I have been consulting with companies that have needs in IT, architecture and agile management.
At EPOST, I was CTO from August 2014 to January 2016, responsible for the success in the future of the Post. Prior to that, as head of software development at Otto, I helped put Otto's eCommerce platform on a new footing. Between 2007 and and 2012, I worked at XING as VP-Operations and before that as Director Engineering to help take the company from a startup phase with about 50 employees to an AG with over 400 employees and over 10 million customers. Prior to 2007, I gained 10 years of experience in agile project methodologies, as a project leader and manager for numerous companies in the industrial and logistics sectors.

Things that always excite me are innovative techniques, tube radios and very fast websites. And it excites me when I and people around me learn to become better.
