Michael is responsible for digital product management and digital channels (app, web, API) in the B2C and B2B segments.
Michael learned the methods of software development at SAP AG. In 2000, Michael was drawn to the online world where he worked on product management, strategies and development in the New Market.
Since 2010, Michael has worked at Hermes on new digital products for customers, helping to shape Hermes' digital transformation - from the introduction of new digital methods, customer-focused UX, continuous development to value-based management.
