Falk Engelmann

Falk has been a freelance Scrum Master for over 10 years and uses his experience with agile management methods in the area of BI 4 Marketing at OTTO, among others. With his focus on agile organizational development, he is the driver of the experiment ''Product Owner as a Team within a Business Unit''. With his well-founded method, process and leadership competence in various industries and tasks, he provides the PO-
team with the right tools to create transparency, to find each other as a team and to generate added value in a structured way. In doing so, he repeatedly sets the impulse to direct today's view to possible success factors of tomorrow. By working with eleven product owners, he optimizes the processes for overarching collaboration, prioritization and the definition of common goals.
