Reenie Vietheer combines technology, entrepreneurship and personal development with a clear goal: to inspire people to protect the environment and the climate and to make new ways of doing business possible. As a project engineer for renewable heat supply at Averdung and previously as a renewable energy expert at Greenpeace, she advances the energy transition in very practical terms; she is currently putting it into action as chair of the supervisory board of an employee cooperative. She holds a master's degree (M.Eng.) in Energy and Environmental Management and is also a trained yoga teacher. She approaches transformation holistically – collaboratively, feministically and structurally anew.
