Arne is a team lead responsible for several cross-functional development teams in the area of Hermes private customer solutions.
Arne first got to know customer-centric software development as an IT and organizational consultant for a campus management system across Europe.
Since 2014, Arne has been at Hermes Germany, working as a leader to create frameworks in which employees can succeed in a VUCA world.
Arne doesn't play basketball as often anymore, but still enjoys it.
