Annalena Gaege

Annalena has been working as a Scrum Master since 2017; however, Kanban, Scrum & Co. already grabbed her during her computer science studies and never let go. What fascinates her about agile working methods is the possibility to meet complex challenges with simple approaches and to become even better.
After two years of managing international and distributed Scrum teams from abroad and mastering being a remote Scrum Master, she has been back in Germany since 2020.
Here, Annalena forms and develops three powerful agile development teams at Hermes Germany in the Customer Solutions department and accompanies them on their way towards becoming product teams. In addition, she drives topics around the coordination of 11 development teams and the associated departments with a focus on Hermes private and business customers. Always with the claim to build powerful and product-oriented teams that do not work off, but create and generate real customer added value.
In her spare time, Annalena is also a fan of fast pace and big-picture perspective and spends her time in salt water on a surfboard or on mountain peaks.
