Marcel Semmler

Marcel Semmler is Chief Product Officer of Bauer Media Group, where he leads the shift toward a product-led organization and an AI-first content platform. In more than ten years at Bauer he has risen from product manager to global CPO, helping to lead the company's digital business in Germany along the way. Before that he held product and growth roles at etracker and allyve and founded the delivery startup Handelsbote. Marcel combines business strategy, product leadership and organizational development – with the aim of building better products with less effort and greater impact.
